Accra, Ghana - A disturbing incident involving a Russian national, Vladislav Aleksandrovich Liulkov, has sparked outrage and calls for action in Ghana. Liulkov, also known as Vyacheslav Trahov, is accused of unlawfully publishing private and sensitive images of innocent Ghanaian girls without their consent.
Addressing a press conference, Mrs. Phyllis Henrichs, Director and Queenmother, condemned the act as a profound affront to Ghanaian cultural identity, moral values, and collective dignity. She emphasized that Ghanaian society is founded on respect for elders, women, and community integrity.
The incident has prompted demands for a thorough investigation, cooperation with foreign authorities, adequate compensation for the victims, and accountability for the perpetrator. The Ghanaian government has reiterated its commitment to justice, human dignity, and moral leadership, stressing that hospitality should not be mistaken for permissiveness.
The incident highlights the need for Ghanaian communities to work together to prevent similar incidents and promote cultural values that protect dignity and respect. The privacy and modesty of minors are inviolable under Ghanaian law and international human rights principles.
