TERIA FOUNDATION is pleased to announce the launch of Black Star Reggaefest, a premier international reggae and cultural festival that aims to position Ghana as one of Africa's leading destinations for reggae music, cultural tourism, and creative exchange.
Organized by TERIA FOUNDATION with Carter Enterprises Empire USA as the International Partner, the inaugural edition of Black Star Reggaefest is slated for the first week of December 2027 in Accra, Ghana.
Under the slogan "Where the World Meets Africa Through Reggae," the festival will bring together acclaimed reggae artists, emerging talents, cultural practitioners, tourists, investors, and music lovers from Africa, the Caribbean, and around the world. Festival highlights will include international reggae concerts, cultural exhibitions, music business forums, youth empowerment programmes, food and craft markets, and tourism experiences.
Black Star Reggaefest is designed to promote cultural tourism by encouraging visitors to experience Ghana's rich heritage, music, arts, cuisine, and historic attractions while supporting the country's creative economy and strengthening cultural ties with the global African diaspora.
