Journalist Mispa Sekyibea Apem Darko Urges Media Practitioners to Venture into Farming

 


A Young Promising female journalist, Mispa Sekyibea Apem Darko, has encouraged media professionals in Ghana to consider farming as a supplementary career. 

In an interview with Elder Isaac Mensah of Oman FM at her acres of rice farm in Obrayeko, Awutu Senya West Municipal, she shared her personal experience and emphasized the financial benefits of agriculture.

According to Mispa Sekyibea Apem Darko, farming is the easiest way to earn a living and support oneself or one's family. 

As a seasoned journalist, she revealed that she could have chosen not to work again, but she recognizes that relying solely on media work may not secure her future. 

She believes that agricultural work can help her achieve her dreams and advises Ghanaian youth to explore farming as a viable career path.

Mispa Sekyibea Apem Darko's farm serves as a testament to her conviction, and she hopes to inspire others to follow in her footsteps.
