A former Deputy Attorney General, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka has said plans to utilize the E-levy, whenever endorsed by Parliament, to help the youth in business venture, is a positive development.
In his view, the proposed levy is an inventive plan to push the nation ahead.
Talking on the Key Points on TV3/3FM Saturday February 5 the former Member of Parliament for Tempane said "You need to think and concoct creative plans to move the country.
"Probably the most concerning issue is joblessness and the money serve says the e-levy will assist the young with being business visionaries. A positive development if you were to ask me."
He added "All together not to fall the economy you want to take unprecedented choices which in some cases don't appear to be agreeable yet in a since quite a while ago run will help the country."
In the interim, a previous Finance Minister, Seth Terkper, has said the GHS7billion designated income as would be considered normal to be produced from the yet-to-be-supported E-levy in the 2022 budget articulation is over evaluated.
