A case involving former Cocoa Board Chief Executive, Dr Stephen Opuni was suspended on Monday January 10 after the disappointment of the PC framework being utilized by the court, to work.
The PC crashed, as per the court.
The case has since been suspended to January 17.
The preliminary adjudicator, Justice Clemence Honyenuga said on Monday that "There is an issue and the entire framework is down and I don't have the foggiest idea when it very well may be on for us to work so it must be deferred."
He further expressed that, "It is no one's issue and we don't have the foggiest idea when it will be on so having caught wind of the tremendousness of the issue, we need to come next Monday and we should perceive how far things will go."
Dr Opuni and finance manager Seidu Agongo are dealing with 27 indictments including cheating misrepresentations affectations, persistently making monetary misfortune the State, illegal tax avoidance, debasement by open official and negation of the Public Procurement Act.
They have both argued not blameworthy to the charges and are on a GH¢300,000.00 self-recognizance bail, each.
