On Monday December 13 two appointee seats at the Electoral Commission (EC) Dr Bossman Asare and Samuel Tettey, were kept from going to a gathering with Parliament's Special Budget Committee.
This was later they couldn't clarify the shortfall of the Chair of the races the board body, Jean Mensa who was relied upon to appear.
An individual from the Committee, Ahmed Ibrahim, let writers know that Mrs Mensa had acquired reputation for not showing up before parliament henceforth the board's powerlessness to permit the two appointees to address her.
The gathering was to consider the 2022 spending plan appraisals of the Electoral Commission.
Mr Ahmed Ibrahim said "In light of the fact that this is the main Committee that oversights every one of the established bodies. The wide range of various sacred bodies have been here by their administrators and CEOs. So it won't be reasonable for them.
"What's more this isn't whenever you first know when we went to shake city to do the mid-year financial plan execution audit, she was unable to come; her appointees showed up. We paid attention to them.
"So we were with the view that when we come for the spending plan hearing, she will come. So tragically she was not here. However, there are not kidding protected issues that would be brought up in the financial plan hearing," he said.
