The Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin II, has kept in touch with the Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akuffo Dampare, to convey officials to Asamankese following a chieftaincy question on Monday, December 20.

In the interim, police say 38 men were gathered together from the royal residence and have been shipped off the Eastern Regional Police Command "for additional activity".
