The Minister for Food and Agriculture, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, is set to continue his authority local working visit on Sunday with visits to the five districts of northern Ghana.
The 13-day visit, which starts on Sunday, December 5, comes not long after the current year's Farmers' Day festivities.
The visits will take the Minister toward the Northern, North East, Upper East, Upper West and the Savannah Regions.
An assertion gave said the "Clergyman and his company, including public chiefs, will visit ranch fields, interface with ranchers and staff of the Ministry, and furthermore review continuous ventures under the Ministry".
"The Minister will furthermore get reports from the different Regional Directors of Agriculture on the situation with the public authority's rural lead drives and furthermore pay kindness approaches conventional specialists" the assertion noted.
It further stressed that the Honorable Minister, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, will utilize the chance to meet with agro input sellers and providers to talk about issues and difficulties relating to the execution of the public authority's feedback endowment programs in front of the 2022 yield season.
